Browser Settings - Netscape v7

In the Edit menu, click Preferences, the Preferences window will appear.

On the left side of the Preferences window, there is a list of Categories.  Find the Privacy and Security listing and click the + (plus sign) to open that category.  The first subcategory listed will be Cookies - click Cookies.

You should see this:

Do not select Disable Cookies.  Any of the other three options should be all right, click the radio button for either Enable cookies for the originating web site only  or Enable cookies based on privacy settings or Enable all cookies.  Then the OK button.
