Browser Settings - Netscape v4.6 or v4.7

In the Edit menu, click Preferences, the Preferences window will appear.

On the left side of the Preferences window, there is a list of Categories.  Find the Advanced listing and click it.  

You should see this:

In the bottom half of the window, under Cookies do not select Disable Cookies.  Either of the other two options should be all right, click the radio button for either Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server.  Then Click the OK button.
