Browser Settings - AOL v7 or v8

In the AOL browser, open the Settings menu and select Preferences.

You should see this:

In the third column - Organization - click Internet Properties (WWW):  The AOL Internet Properties window will appear.  There are tabs along the top of the AOL Internet Options window, click the Security tab.

You may see this:

The Internet option should be highlighted, and the slide under Security level for this zone should be set at Medium as shown.  If the security level is higher, cookies are not accepted.  Change the level to Medium and click the OK button and then close the Preferences window.

If you do not see the slide control, as shown above, and under Security level for this zone you see Custom, click the Default Level button and set the slide to Medium then click the OK button and then close the Preferences window.
