LESSONS

There are three types of lessons available:

Group: These are held on Thursdays only, starting at 10 AM, at the arena. The cost is $20 a dog.
Semi-private: These are held on any day that is available. They can hold up to 15 dogs.  The cost is $50/day.
Private: This is a one on one lesson that lasts up to 2 hours. It is scheduled on days that are available. The cost is $200 a dog. 

SUMMER CAMP

Summer camp known as Boot Camp is 3 to 5 days of intensive handler and dog training.  We will work dogs mornings and afternoons and make lecture tapes in between. Depending on which camp you are eligible for, I will cover all aspects from starting your dog in the round pen to making and working the trial course. We will go over all aspects of training your stockdog for ranch work and trial work. Sessions will be taped and reviewed to see what is done right and wrong. If there are Ranch chores to be done while you are here we will work them in also. The tapes that are made during the camp are optional but highly recommended for the first time campers. 

The cost for this is $ 450 a dog, spectators $200. The number of tapes usually runs between 4 and 6 per camp and cost $ 25.00 a tape. To save a spot in the Camps there is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit unless other arrangements have been made. If you have a self-contained camper you can stay at the ranch. If not there are several Motels and camp grounds in the area where you can stay. Make your reservations early because during the summer this is a tourist area.

The above programs are done on a routine basis however it is possible to design a program to fit your needs.
